About Color Your Tray
Color Your Tray is my idea for helping school staff and school children at the same time. When I heard about the new Choose My Plate program I immediately saw a way that I could utilize my sign business to help schools meet the new requirements and at the same time help kids by quickly making this great visual icon available for them to see.
Color Your Tray has brought together my passion for helping children with my passion for my business in a way that offers a win-win situation for schools and children.
I’m proud to be associated with such a great initiative and excited to help schools and children both!

About Me
Hi! I’m Andi Norling.
From the beginning I have focused my business largely around school cafeterias. I started Signs Etc. in 2002 with this focus and my Color Your Tray initiative takes this emphasis on school cafeterias to a whole new level.
With a 17-year-old son I have some experience with understanding children and young adults, and a passion for helping them achieve a healthy lifestyle!
I also love working with schools!
My Signs Etc business specializes in awnings, signs, menu boards, flags, banners, floor graphics, and vehicle graphics.
I live in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, with my son and two dogs named Bentley and Buster. I also enjoy working out, yoga, and travel.
